About Us

Bluebird Childcare Centre is owned and operated by Catharina Christiaanse and was first opened in September 2004. Catharina has been in the field of Early Childhood Education since 2001 and has worked in both preschool and family childcare settings. She is a Licensed Early Childhood Educator, holds an emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR Certificate and has submitted to a full Criminal Record Check. She has three grown children of her own and lives in the Surrey community. Catharina brings her passion for the arts, literature and storytelling to the program.
